The Clients needs:

A meeting is held between the client and ourselves, in which we will establish the nature of the Event and what specific goals are to be achieved.  This information is obtained by asking the questions imperative to the event that the client may not have thought of.

Organizing the Event:

We run each event with its own detailed checklist, thus keeping us within our specified budget. We have our production team onboard from the beginning, as it is vital that they know exactly what our aim is for each particular Event. Each Event will be checked with a fine-toothed comb and we will guarantee, through intense planning the event will exceed our client’s expectations.
