The Johannesburg Children's Home would like to thank Ashley Scott, Managing Director of True Colour Events, in conjunction with Foschini Greenstone, for the wonderful donation of R10 000.
Ashley Scott was a lucky randomly selected winner of a super draw for the Foschini Club magazine whereby she won a personal cash reward and R10 000 to her charity of choice.
Ashley, knowing someone who had previously grown up in the Johannesburg Children's Home who spoke fondly of his childhood experiences, felt that it was only appropriate to select the Home as her choice of beneficiary for the competition.
Narisha Govender, Director of the Home would like to express her sincere thanks and appreciation to the Scott family as they have made a difference in the lives of our children.
The Johannesburg Children's Home provides care and shelter for 64 children between the ages of 3 and 18 years. These children are placed in our care by the regional courts. They have experienced physical, sexual or emotional abuse or have been severely neglected or abandoned by their parents.
